My marriage was over at 25 Dec 09, everything went fine except for the campagne popping. A day just ended within a blink. Another wedding dinner on 2 Jan 10, hubby was the groom cum emcee for the night, this time round we popped 2 bottles of campagne. hehe...food portion bigger and i was more relaxed. maybe due to the experience earned and no march in.

23 Jan 10 : we went to book hard rock hotel for our advance 1 month anniversary stay. the hotel room looked great except that they made us went to a non clean up room, feel so disgusted. after complaint, we were being change to another room down the corridor and had 2 complimentary buffet breakfast. this time round everything was perfect. new experience and atmosphere. food wise was expensive and limited choice.

24 Jan 10 : wake up early to eat our buffet but they opened at 7.30am instead of 7am so we stroll around the pools. after breakfast ended at 8.30am. we wanted to swim but the pool was not ready, went up to the room and watch movies. slowly crowds gathered at the pool. we changed and ready to have a dip at the water. the sand pool was special. the other pools were cloudy, visible range was super low. after an hour swim, we went up to pack our bag to prepare ourselves for our buffet lunch with sis and her bf. however in the meantime, i received a shocking news from my cousin that my grandma passed away. my sis was not suppose to disclose the news out till our lunch. i cried. but we continued to have our lunch as it was my sis bf birthday and they went all the way in sentosa. we talked about other stuff during lunch to avoid being sentimental.

Wedding Update

Bridal Studio: We had bought back all the pre wedding photos @ $1,000 as well as topping up 7 more pcs @ $440 for the bridal album. Overall layout done by bridal studio is not bad except for some amendment. Now it is been sent for printing.

I also done up an album with the remaining photos using photobook software. Just in time for having a 40% discount so in the end, I only pay $131 for the book. Currently waiting for the book to be delivered to me. So in this way, my guests can view 2 books on my AD.

Hotel: The hotel proceed with the renovation, we were damn angry. We realise this when we went to our food tasting during the Oct'09. Luckily with the help of his colleague. We managed to get some perks of cos not better than wat we asked for. In the meantime, we had meet up with the coordinator to choose our theme, wedding favors, reconfirm the dishes too.

Montage: I am still in the process of completing my childhood photo montage. I had done up the pre wedding photo montage.

I need to meet my jiemeis. confirm a lot of things/matters in a month time. Arghhhh stress level high high high.

Wah is nearly a year since i updated this blog. A brief writeup on wat is happening

1) Our Hdb flat
We nearly wanna go and apply for La Casa & AMK DBSS Park Central but the price pull us back. Think we better stick to normal HDB 4 room flat. I could say tat luck is at our side. We get a queue no. of 89 for Senja Green and YES, we get our ideal unit at a high floor of Senja Green 633B at a cost of $260,000 plus. The bad thingy is that we had to wait till end qtr 2012 before getting our key. Happily waiting.

2) Our Wedding
We went to consult a Shifu in S'pore and our wedding and solemnization will be held on Christmas this year.

Our banquet hotel will be at Carlton. We will held our solemnization at 6.30pm follow by dinner at 7.30pm. During the mid of the year, something big crop up from the hotel to inform us of renovation. My dar is angry, find free legal services and spoke to its GM and he promise us that everything will be fine. So based on his man of word, we will let the matter rest for the time being.

Our bridal studio will be White Link. Initially wanna let my frd, Ellice earns the commission, but the package she provide me is out of my budget. So we go online and purchase from other users. We manage to save a few hundreds $. So far, i have settle for the wedding gown and evening gown.

Our AD VG and PG will be from Visioworkz. A very comprehensive package and the coordinator, Chris is friendly too.

3) My job and study
I had quitted my acctant to concentrate on my degree study. I could say that i quit at the right time, no longer been bullied by the mgr since she hate me leaving office on time and give me lots of work. I had finally passed my exam and now can tell the whole world that I am a DEGREE holder, no longer an undergraduate. My dar brought me to Sentosa on Monday night after i know my result from him and celebrate with his sis, sis-in-law and nephew. Although i cant view the result myself as my lappy is down. It was a chill out by the beach. Very enjoyable and nice food (Coasters).

Happy Birthday Singapore

Yday is our nation 43rd birthday. The day b4 is 08-08-08 which is the opening of olympics and 8 million Toto. Din win any.:(.

Anyway being rather busy... studying, working, doing homework and preparation for our wedding in 2009. His relative help us consult shifu in M'sia and we get the date 22 Nov 2009. But the hotel we wan seem like taken up. Oh no... Wat other hotels wif 20-25 tables on weekend and budget below 1k? This make us worry. Haiz...

If there is no other alternative, we will find ourselves another shifu in SG and recalculate with more choice. Haiz...We cant get marry in 2010 cos the year of tiger is bad for us. Now have to get a better date before the ox give the position to the tiger.

Another worry is HDB flat, where is ours. Still haven buy yet and yet not many new flats available. So restricted...

Working at client office

Today, i work at my client place. Very shiok can sleep until 7am and dilly dally till 7.50am and not arrive late at her place. Headache make my work progress delay.

Meet Shumin for lunch eating the you ji noodle and ji de chi tian ping - Mango Sago.

After lunch went back to work. Haiz...Find a big mistake that my senior never do. Wonder why cant i go on leave and he do my work properly. He never entered in the Amex transaction. Gosh...April mgmt a/c is wrong, has to clear his rubbish and enter into my May mgmt a/c. Wah lau, i called him and he insists he did but finally apologise.Tmr must clear both mgmt a/c at client place lo.

Dar how your day there? Now shd be preparing for your work lo. Gambate. Love and Miss u. :p

How i survive on his 1st day in USA

Today is duan wu jie. Wake up and pray to the ancestors. Then I watch the ying xue dao on TV and online. Dad came home with fishes and prawns. He say there are lots and lots of fishes at the sea. I go with my parent to see my grandma at hospital. A dramatic trip.

The bus is full, we cant board even it is a bendy bus. We have no choice but to wait for another. Well, the other bus came 15 mins later. We try our best to go up to the bus again. My dad shout at the people to go in but they dun listen anyway. After the CC busstop, my dad decide to squeeze to the back as he see and know the back is empty. He squeeze thru all the youngster, they are making lots and lots of noise saying or scolding my dad. 1 of the ladies ask why he go in, 1 say maybe bcos he is alighting, and they are discussing. I feel helpless, dunno wat to say. I tell them behind of space, therefore he decide to move to the back, and apologise to them.

I manage to squeeze my way to the back. IS REALLY EMPTY. Those people i cant understand why must they crowd together and not to move in. My mum also find her way to the back. Afterwhich the youngsters follow in and say wow, is empty here. Hopefully, they understand my dad point of view.

My mum only rem the ward but not the bed no. The nurse see us searching here and there and ask who are we looking for. I say my ah ma name and she say is the 1 with thick glasses, i reply yes. Ah ma leg is swollen and shift from a lot of people ward to 4 people ward. She had to inject on her stomach to remove blood colt on her leg vein. We left the hospital at 8pm with my third uncle, take a trip in his lorry to Tampines and take buses home.

Dar, for your info, now i know why TPE is barrier up from Punggol to Tampines, cos it is starting to sink, they are trying to put good foundation and expand the expressway. Dar i love you and miss you. Our afternoon conversation is short, i know u r tired. Take care. :)

He fly to US for work

Well, he is on the way to the airport at 3am. He is going to sit inside 2 planes for 6 hrs to Narita airport and 12 hrs to Minnepolis airport respectively. He is currently in the plane too. He will be away for a week. I have asked him to help me buy 3 coach wallets. 1 is for my friend, 1 is for me and 1 is for my mum. He will also buy 1 coach handbag for his mum, 4 wallets for his sis, 1 waislet for his colleague. So in the end, I believe that the coach sales personnel will love him as he is going to smash more than a thousand in that shop. Wow...

I meet my sec frd to take my birthday gift for me. Subsequently meet my mum t shop at NTUC. Tmr will be Duan Wu Jie, everyone shd be eating zhong zhi. Wish all of u Duan Wu Jie Kuai Le. :p

My 25th Birthday Celebration

On 26 May 2008, I meet my poly gang for dinner in celebration for my birthday at Clarke Quay, we ate spainish food and ice cream. A great gathering with eyeryone ard as last 2 gathering, we will have 1 pax missing. Hehe... They give me cash, cos voucher is not available. I have nt think of what to buy yet.

When the date turned to 27 May 2008, Dar call me at Thailand airport to wish me Happy Birthday. So excited and I realise that he is coming back from his reservist. Wahaha...Oh my..have to wake up and work on my birthday. :(

I go to work in the morning as usual, hoping the night will come soon for celebration with dar after 2 weeks. Birthday wishes sms start to appear on my phone.After my lunch, Dar send me 1 bouquet of 10 Orange-Yellow Tulips to my office. Caught me in surprise. Whilst I still amazed, I received another gift by my colleague, a Titus pink leather watch. OMG...I am so happy. :p

At night, Dar actually intend to bring me to Sentosa, but tian bu zou mei is raining. We have no choice but to go Vivocity for our dinner. He wanted to give me another surprise. Ask me close my eye but i know what is it after hearing the lighter sound as the wind is strong inside the carpark. I blow the candles off although no fire and continue to cut and eat small slice of the cake. Have dinner @ Gary Dim Sum, not that fanastic but dunno why people are queuing up.

Today which is a Sunday, I meet my Sec classmates out for Lunch. 2 of them cannt make it so end up oni Ailing, Xiuying and Leehar. We have our lunch at Lot 1 Hong Kong Cafe, dessert at MOF and photo session at Zone X. Spend 6 hours there, unbelievable. Is Girl Talk. Hehe...

Just manage to change my blogskin after finding this skin at http://www.blogskins.com/. Well, hope u all like it.

I said that this early Sat midnight that i have a sudden urge to blog again.I looked at my past entries 2 years ago. They are really a recap for my mind about our love story. Some i even have forgotten during our busy life about what had happened in the past. It's really a great way to look back and feel the happiness when u read them again. :p

Well, he call me yesterday and of cos 4-5 times during his 2 weeks trip. I will try to update him on my life in Singapore daily if possible. I can feel that he miss me as much as I miss him. 2 weeks without him and we cannt meet and talk. He will be back in another 3-4 days time, *Arghhh* I am looking forward for this day.

A Quick Update

Hey... I dunno wat happen to me after 2 years suddenly have the urge to update my blog...haha...So jus a quick update...

My exam finally end and i go for celebration. Is my lucky day, won a vip pass for today I-pop concert and catch 2 Da Bian in 1 catch...Wahaha...

Dar is still at Thailand doing his reservist and he was hurt on his eye, finger...Oh why he so careless. Nvm, he will be back on my Birthday after 2 weeks there..Wrong shd be after 12 so is after my birthday *Sob*.No one celebrate with me.

This weekend will be a fulfilling weekend for me cos can finally relax and play. Sat going to the concert, Sun going back to the carnival and at Sun night is my sec class mate Jiewei wedding...Haha...Can chat with all my frds again...

However back to work is so sian, like to slack at home. After slacking and studying at home for 2 weeks, i enjoy my days at home. Sleep, eat, watch TV and study. How i wish i am back to my school life. Simple life with only study stress.*Envy*

My Valentine Night

I was planning to meet my Dar at 5.30pm but he had to go for last min meeting so changed it to 6.30pm. I was late even though I arrived by cab. We met at Orchard MRT where we proceeded to Paragon at Spageddies for Dinner. We had ate there 2 times before. Food not bad... If you had UOB card better, got 15% off the price. Hehe...

The portion for my Dar was not enough so he was not full and we strolled down to Plaza Singapura for waffle ice cream at Gelato. The waffle is half price...Y? Because V'Day fall on Tuesday. Wah...Saving $ here and there.

Then after our night out, he sent me back home and he took his bus back. During the bus trip back his home, an auntie was trying to woo him. How dare her!!!

Wrong Roses

Aiya...I am so blur. After an hour nap, i go and see my roses again. Then i realise is 12 roses not 11 roses. The 1 missing is hidding inside,being covered up. Wat a surprise... Hehe... 12 roses stand for be my steady...

Happy Valentine Day

Today i got a surprise. I had a bouquet of 11 red roses delivered to my doorstep. 11 roses stand for you are my tresured one. And these is my 2nd bouquet for these few year. He never want to buy me bouquet, he say waste money.So i never expect it when he say he got lucky draw form need my address but actually need it for delivery of flower.

He had also given me chocolate on 11 Feb 2005.

Tonight going out for dinner.He skipped his class for today. So good.

Thanks Dar and Happy Valentine Day...I appreciate all the things you did for me. From the clock strive twelve, you give me a call to wish me and your gifts and dinner.

It had been a long time since I last updated my blog. Now I shall tell you all the interesting thing happened around me in one article.

Christmas celebration:
Take off day at 23 Dec cos my dar is having half day. We meet at Bugis and set off for our delicious lunch buffet at The Line at Shangri-La Hotel. After the meal, we go to see two movies at a go with a little break for our fast food dinner. First on the line is King Kong, followed by Narnia.
Work on Christmas Eve. I meet up with Sec Sch Fnd for celebration at Settler Café at Holland V after my work. Play game till 2 am plus then reach home.

New Year celebration:
Take off day at 30 Dec cos my dar is having half day again. Meet at Orchard to shop around. At ard 5plus, we went back to his home for dinner at the nearby coffee shop. It is a dramatic night when his mum feels sick due to low glucose and vomiting. Everyone in the family are so worry abt her.
Work on New Year Eve. Initially dar dar promised me to celebrate together at Esplanade but due to his mum illness, we had to cancel it. I went to his home instead to spend my night there. Can you imaging seeing firework at Woodlands home. I am so excited but I am not sure where the firework is from: Esplanade or Mt Faber?

11 January 2006:
Meet up with Ailing, Peishan and Xiuying for dinner and gossip at Coffee Bean at Paragon for the whole evening form 6 to 10 plus. Wah…we can really chat.

Today:
Got my bonus…Hooray…
I am so happy to get the bonus when I spend a lot of money during this month and last month. Finally got some income in and Chinese New Year is only 5 days behind…
I can CELEBRATE…Hip Hip Hooray…

Happy Birthday to you, Dar Dar…

Since the day you were borne, you have lived a quarter to a century. 25 years, 9125 days, 219000 hours are the time you had spent in this world so far. I am very glad as least in this period of time, I had known you from a stranger to friend to your girlfriend.

During our relationship, we may have a lot of disagreement that led to argument and of course not to forget the happiness that we had shared. Dar, thanks for guiding me when I am loss, thanks for your consolation when I am sad, thanks for the gifts and surprises that you had given me and thanks for a lot a lot of thing that I forgot to say or put it down in words.

I hope that you will spend a wonderful birthday today with your family and of course with me.
